A 27 year old culvert connected to a desalination plant, having various structural deterioration. Due to hot water spent from the desalination plant after desalination of sea water, the concrete was severely damaged and the reinforcement was completely corroded because high humidity and moisture content.

PFC has worked on this projects, from screeding over underfloor and over screeding floors on big area.  We offered rapid and effective floor screed installation proposal. The  work was to be carried out without stopping the operation, the area  and  a  constricted time  line made this a very challenging project.

The works also included the application of a new protective coating to the repaired area. Our speed of operations and quality of work proved to be the biggest strength and the project was not only completed successfully but weeks ahead of time.
