Employee Appreciation and recognition are vital to a thriving company culture like PFC. PFC understands that when an employee is recognised for his/her hard work, it can really contribute to building a healthy and ideal working environment. The employees who received recognition at least one time in the past 12 months marked improvements in several areas of our area of operation. We value the input of all employees in all areas of our operation like administration, Operations, safety, etc.… Employees who suggested the best idea of innovation is also been awarded.
On 31-01-2024, the safety campaign organized by PFC – EGA on “Man-Machine Interface” was a great success. The drawing competitions allowed employees to showcase their creativity and engage with the topic in a fun way. On-site training ensured that all staff were equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to operate machinery safely. Awareness classes provided a platform for open discussions on the importance of maintaining a safe work environment. The awards and appreciation given to those who made significant contributions during the campaign served as motivation for all employees to prioritize safety in the workplace.
The safety campaign organized by PFC Group on January 25, 2024, focused on the importance of Manual Handling. The campaign aimed to educate employees on the proper techniques for lifting and handling heavy objects without sustaining any injuries. During the campaign, employees were provided with training sessions that covered topics such as the correct posture for lifting, the use of lifting equipment, and the importance of taking breaks and alternating tasks to avoid overexertion. The campaign also emphasized the need for employees to report any injuries or discomfort to their supervisors immediately, to ensure that proper medical attention is provided promptly. Overall, the safety campaign was a success, and it helped to raise awareness about the importance of Manual Handling and how to prevent injuries in the workplace.
On November 14, 2023, PFC Group conducted a safety campaign in Project Name on the topic of “Excavation Awareness”
The safety campaign aimed to educate workers about the potential hazards that could associated with/during excavation work. The campaign emphasized the importance of identifying and avoiding underground utilities to prevent accidents and injuries. The training also covered topics such as proper excavation procedures, the use of personal protective equipment, and emergency response protocols.
On October 20, 2023, PFC Group conducted a Work at Height campaign. This campaign likely focused on raising awareness and promoting safety measures related to tasks that involve working at height. Working at heights can be inherently risky, and it is crucial to ensure proper safety precautions are taken to prevent accidents and injuries. The campaign may have included various activities and initiatives, such as training and workshops, safety demonstrations, and awareness programs.
The monthly employee appreciation event held on June was a resounding success, creating an atmosphere of celebration and recognition for our hardworking employees. The event was organized with the aim of boosting morale, increasing employee engagement, and fostering a positive company culture.
