Dubai Offshore Sailing Club is a private, members-only club that has been in operation since its founding in 1974. The clubhouse and private beach are also fully operational, and are used for special occasions as well as many of our social activities.

PFC scope was to carry out renovation interiors and fit out works for sailing club. PFC ensured to renovate their bare bones operation, comprising simply of a complex with hard standing for boat storage, a launching ramp, and an additional tentola shed covered by a barasti roof were constructed.

The   success   of   this   project   was handling the renovation and construction while the club fully operated without any disturbance for clients and operator.
