PFC was granted contract by Al Taweelah for their Cast House Roof Extension. The main purpose of this project was to Design, Supply and Erect of 500 ton of Hot rolled steel structure  and 200,000 square feet of cladding for the extension operational area of cast house.

Al Taweelah is situated in Abu Dhabi’s Khalifa Industrial Zone (KIZAD), about halfway between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The main challenge of this project was to execute the project while cast house under full operation. In order to comply with Al Taweelah safety and quality standards, frequent site inspections was done. During these Inspections, installation strategies as per site conditions was discussed and implemented.

PFC conducted various safety training sessions such working at height for the workers to ensure the safety and quality of work is not compromised at any stage.
