PFC project’s scope of work consists of EPDM Waterproofing membranes on Facades throughout the building with approximately 10000m2. The project is located in Deira, one of Dubai’s heritage neighborhoods and most iconic trading hubs, and is part of Ithra Dubai’s Deira Enrichment Project.

Deira Waterfront development plot 10 is a mixed-use project featuring residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail units. The project is being developed by Emaar Properties.
