PFC management team is involved directly with various organizations and programs to support local communities all around the world which affect directly individuals, families, and communities through supporting and building capacity for all different aspects.

PFC Group Engages with Future Talent at Amity University, Dubai- May 2025

At PFC Group, we firmly believe in the power of cultivating talent and investing in the leaders of tomorrow. On 22nd May 2025, we had the privilege of participating in a campus interview event at Amity University, Dubai. This event offered us a valuable opportunity to connect with bright, passionate students and share insights into who we are as an organization

Our team was represented by Mr. Liyon and Ms. Shabana, who conducted the interview sessions on behalf of PFC Group. Their interactions with the students were both insightful and inspiring, revealing the remarkable potential of the next generation of professionals. It was rewarding to witness the students’ genuine interest in understanding our company’s core values and how these align with their own career aspirations.

PFC Group's Visit to the National Charity Schools Innovation Exhibitions Feb 2025

PFC Group had the privilege of visiting the General Administration of National Charity Schools to witness firsthand the impressive talents of the students during the Innovation Exhibitions. Blood Donation Camp held on Feb. 2024

PFC Group, in partnership with the Dubai Health Authority, successfully conducted a blood donation campaign at Dubai South Gate, emphasizing the importance of saving lives through voluntary blood donation. The initiative saw an overwhelming response, with over 50 employees from PFC Group stepping forward to contribute. Additionally, employees from renowned companies such as Dulsco, Seetle, and Dubai Euro actively participated in the drive, showcasing a strong commitment to community welfare.

Blood Donation Camp held on Dec. 2024

On December 6, 2024, PFC Group organized a successful blood donation campaign at the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) headquarters, encouraging staff members to contribute to this noble cause. The event saw enthusiastic participation from employees, with many stepping forward to donate blood, helping to support local healthcare services. In addition to the blood donation initiative, several staff members voluntarily committed to organ donation, further demonstrating their dedication to saving lives. This compassionate effort not only highlighted the importance of community involvement but also reinforced PFC Group’s commitment to social responsibility and humanitarian causes.

Community Reach out Programs, On May 2024

PFC Group orchestrated a philanthropic event in Kerala, India, wherein they generously contributed school bags to students at Njavakad LPS School. The ceremony was inaugurated by the headmistress, accompanied by Mr. Liyon Jose, who underscored the company’s dedication to supporting education. Mr. Saju S Sali, representing PFC Group, distributed the school bags to the students. This event exemplified PFC Group’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and garnered appreciation from the school staff for the beneficial impact on the students’ educational journey.

Community Reach out Programs, On Dec 2023

PFC Group has recently partnered with Food On Wheels to provide food to underprivileged children in Delhi, India. This collaboration aims to showcase our approach towards the poor. The initiative involves distributing nutritious meals to children who come from low-income families and may not have access to regular meals. Through this effort, PFC Group hopes to make a positive impact on the lives of these children and contribute to a healthier and happier community. This noble endeavor is a reminder that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference in the world.

"Humanitarian Aid for Palestine" on Nov.2023

PFC Group has taken action to respond to the urgent need in Palestine, where recent wars have resulted in the suffering of thousands of innocent children and families. As part of our corporate social responsibility, we have partnered with Red Crescent Dubai to provide assistance to the region. On November 24, 2023, we participated in a relief effort at the Nad Al Hamar center, where our CSR Responsive team distributed relief items to help alleviate the plight of those affected by the conflict.

Blood donations are crucial for medical treatments, emergencies, and various medical conditions. The PFC Group’s Blood Donation Campaign on 11-08-2023 marked a significant step toward promoting health awareness and altruism within the Dubai community. The event aimed to raise awareness about the critical need for blood donations and encourage community members to participate in this noble cause. By actively participating in such initiatives, PFC Group continues to exemplify its dedication to social responsibility and making a positive impact on society. Numerous first-time donors came forward, indicating the success of awareness efforts. Earthquake Aid to Syria & Türkiye Feb.2023

PFC group is aware that Thousands of children and families are at risk after two devastating earthquakes and dozens of aftershocks hit the Syria-Türkiye border & They are in urgent need of our help. As part of our CSR initiatives, we supported Turkey and Syria through Red Crescent Dubai on 11-02-2023 at the Dubai Exhibition Center which aimed at reliving the sufferings of the people who have been adversely affected by an earthquake. Our CSR Responsive team has extended their helping hands in materials segregation and loading/dispatching sections, as well as donated relief items.

Flood Relief Aid to Pakistan Sep.2022

As part of Corporate Social Responsibility in September 2022, PFC Group organized a successful Flood Relief Aid to Pakistan to serve the community. The act of humanitarian aid to Pakistan to support victims of the recent catastrophic flooding would certainly be counted as small support from PFC Group. It was handed over EGA Safety Department and sent to the Pakistan Association Dubai for further Distribution

Blood Donation Camp held on Aug.2022

We at PFC Group are committed to serving our community, on 12th Aug 2022 by organising a successful Blood Donation campaign in association with Dubai Health Authority at Latif Hospital -Dubai, UAE. As part of PFC Group’s Corporate Social, Responsibility management arranged Blood Donation Drive where all Staff partook in the event. A single unit of blood donated can save three lives, making blood donation a truly humanitarian act and a worthy cause that makes a tangible difference to society. It is our commitment to serving our community in all the possible ways and PFC as a company as a whole has the same commitment, thus we organized a successful Blood Donation campaign in association with DHA

Amity Human Capital Forum May.2022

PFC Group marks it space in Campus Interview as it helps company to find the best candidates from the colleges & Universities. Like previous years, PFC attended in Campus interview at Amity university, Dubai on 19.05-2022. Interviewing on campus is a great way to engage with students in their own space. PFC believes that it is beneficial for both Student and company as well. It offers an employment for the candidate and company finds the best from the students for positions with company that fit.

A Word From Action Care Team on Feb2022

PFC management team has volunteered there time sharing their expertise and experience with UAE local community children and youth participating in numerous programs conducted by Action Care Educational Consultancy since 2012.
The PFC management team represented by Mr. Fadi Salameh and Mr. Nadim Salameh has provided invaluable support to the organization, not only through tirelessly giving their time and efforts but there leadership skills to lead projects and their constructive advice to improve content has boosted the quality of the courses.
Furthermore, they have consistently mentored and assisted the students, often adopting a program from start to finish.

Mr. Fadi Salameh and Mr. Nadim Salameh from PFC joined Action Care on the Judges Panel on 17 February 2022 to evaluate student presentations on Business Plans for Start-Ups, the Capstone Project of the Financial Capability and Entrepreneurship course called MoneyMasters. They provided excellent feedback and advice to students to not only improve their projects but also advice that will prove to be beneficial for years to come.

Amity Human Capital Forum 2021

By being one of the industry leaders, PFC Group believes that the young generations are the future, PFC Group contributed in the Human Capital Forum 2021 which was conducted by Amity University in Dubai.

2018 – 2020: Career Fair

Career Fair is a Career Readiness program designed to help youth gain skills that can be applied for success on a personal and professional level. The program challenges students to set personal goals, develop career skills, public presentation abilities, and create awareness for supporting the community.

PFC management works closely with the Move team to provide the opportunity for students in grades 11 and 12 to engage with professionals from a variety of companies and careers. It opens the world of the job market giving them insights into the job requirements and fields of study to pursue.

2019– 2021: Money Masters

Money Master is a financial capability program for high school students that sets them on a path to financial wellness by equipping them with knowledge of core financial concepts.

PFC management team involved in supporting the Action care team in presenting and delivering the practical skills and attitudes to support student’s personal and professional goals and long-term wellbeing.

2012 Kenya Agape Hope Center (Agape Hope children Centre)

PFC management involves supporting fewer chance children in Africa, for a variety of reasons children find themselves homeless, have no family, and live destitute on the street. PFC works with Action in Focus to provide the logistics that facilitate the loving and caring of children who find themselves in such a plight.

Action in Focus Is a non-profit Kenyan registered Non-governmental organization with the mission of serving the poor, the needy, and the suffering while strengthening children, their families, and their communities.

2012 – 2019: Action Care Gift of Giving

PFC management takes part in events that create memorable experiences for children, orphans, and people of determination during Ramadan.

Those annual events are organized by Action care host a tailor-made program of activities, a sumptuous Iftar, and specially selected gifts.

Action Care began in 2008 with a vision to build social capital, strengthen individuals and institutions through educational training programs, and add capacity in the community.
