PFC was granted contract by Al Taweelah for their Cast House water proofing. The main purpose of this project prevent the rain water leakages on Casting tables, top of the furnaces, Entry & Exit points of the fork lifts .

In order to comply with Al Taweelah quality standards frequent site inspections from PFC and Sika was done. During these Inspections, application methodology as per site conditions was discussed based on the base strata. Proper quality report was generated and submitted to Al Taweelah for each site visit, which enhanced the quality of water proofing. PFC used SIKA LASTIC 560 which was finalized with the approval of client. Sika Lastic is highly elastic in nature and poses UV resistance suitable for use in hot climatic conditions

PFC is certified applicator of SIKALASTIC 560. PFC conducted 4 training sessions to ensure the quality of work is not compromised at any stage. Sika helped PFC regarding the training and technical knowledge of application procedure.
