Emirates global Aluminum jebel Ali is producing its own electricity required for smelting alumina using Gas Turbine(GT)/Steam turbine(ST). HV / LV cables for Switch gear room passes through underground basement built  in the buildings which where damaged. PFC was hired for refurbishing these damages on cable basement.

PFC provided a professional and detailed advice to our client on preparations prior to the floor or underfloor installed and how to work with us to ensure the work can be carried out as efficiently as possible.

The concrete floor and concrete wall was totally damaged and had to be protected from water seepage including fire protection as per EGA standards. The major constraints of this was to work in a confined space in hot weather condition and a high voltage zone which made this as a challenging project.
