PFC project’s scope of work in Beach Vista consists of Soffit Insulation throughout the building with approximately 3500 m2 with 30 mm Thick Kingspan Kooltherm K10 FM Soffit Board

Beach Vista is a multi-building complex. The project is being developed by Emaar Properties. Beach Vista is the first residential project on Emaar Beachfront to be launched.

 The towers will contain one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments with modern facilities and views of the Arabian Gulf. The apartments will feature “Miami-style” interiors with large balconies. PFC was able to complete the work very early that the contractor was very contented.
