City Centre Zahia is one of the Emirate’s largest shopping destinations which is in under construction for AED 2 Billion. The challenge in this job was to carry out the works while other contractors carrying out the different tasks all around the site. More than 50,000 square meters of soffit insulation City Centre Al Zahia will be the primary destination of choice for residents and visitors of Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. PFC carried soffif insulation  works for City Centre Al Zahia Elevation for more than 50,000 m2 using Rockwool system and CAPROL EIFS system.

When it opens in 2020, City Centre Al Zahia will serve a trade area of more than 1.9M people, as well as attracting residents of neighboring Northern Emirates. Offering a diverse mix of over 360 retail brands over four levels City Centre Al Zahia.

Work Completed in highly challengeable time. The   success   of   this   project   helped   build   a   strong reputation  for  PFC  and  a  lasting  relationship with the client Majid Al Futtaim.
