PFC was granted contract by EMAL for to provide safe access to Cast house Roof which includes Permanent Staircases & Roof Walkways. The main purpose of this project was to Design, Supply and Erect steel structure for Permanent Roof Access Platform in EMAL.

EMAL is situated in Abu Dhabi’s Khalifa Industrial Zone (KIZAD), about halfway between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Nine casting stations are located in EMAL cast house.

In order to comply with EMAL safety and quality standards frequent site inspections was done. During these Inspections, installation strategies as per site conditions was discussed based on the base strata.

PFC conducted various safety training sessions such working at height for the workers to ensure the safety and quality of work is not compromised at any stage.
